About the properties
Private accommodation offers the chance to enjoy the personality of a real home. All of the properties we advertise are individually owned, personally equipped and furnished. The style of the furnishings and the adequacy of the equipment varies from one property to the next.
As accommodation managers our role is to ensure that all properties are clean and in working order. Properties are professionally serviced and we regularly make recommendations to property owners in regard to maintaining or upgrading household contents.
The descriptions of properties on this site are open to personal interpretation so every care should be taken when selecting your holiday destination. Not all homes are air conditioned and many do not have telephone access.
How to book
You will need to email or telephone our office to make your reservation. A confirmation letter with payment and arrival details and a copy of our terms and conditions will be mailed to you then you have 7 days to confirm your reservation with a deposit unless the booking commences before then.
We recommend you read the terms and conditions associated with booking through Property Management Southcoast. A copy of these terms and conditions is located on page 9 of our internet site.
What you should bring
Bed linen is supplied in the majority of our holiday accommodation. You will need to supply towels, tea towels and table linen. In all cases the properties are equipped with covered doonas, blankets, pillows, mattress and pillow case protectors, sheets and pillow cases. You will also need to bring all of your food etc.
Check in is available after 3.00pm on the day of your arrival. Keys can be collected from our office at 6 Howes Close, Ulladulla or by arrangement with us.
Check out is by 10.00am on the day of your departure and keys must be returned to our office unless alternative arrangements have been made with us.
