The saying goes that if you want something done; give it to a busy person.  Never has that saying been more appropriate than in the case of Kathy Bowman.  Kathy doesn't just juggle lots of things; she manages to do it exceptionally well.

Kathy has been a permanent resident of Ulladulla for 24 years. She is an experienced residential property manager and residential business administrator with a depth of knowledge achieved from many years in the industry.  She has worked in three different states and in various property management and business administration positions.

Prior to developing an interest in real estate, Kathy's career was centred around administrative and secretarial roles, including debt collection and process serving.  She has a great eye for detail and a strong commitment to her clients.  She works hard at what she does and loves what she does.
